Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network is one of the nation's 58 regional, not-for-profit and federally designated organ procurement organizations. Working with Illinois' nine transplant centers and the 179 hospitals in the northern three-quarters of Illinois and northwest Indiana, we serve 12 million people.

Our main office is located in Itasca, a suburb of Chicago. In addition to our central Illinois office in Springfield, we operate from satellite locations in Bloomington/Normal, Champaign/Urbana, Peoria and Rockford.

From Downtown Chicago
(From the East):
Take I-290 West to Lake St/US 20 (Exit 7). Exit and turn left onto Lake St/US 20. Then take the first left onto Rohlwing Rd. Proceed north on Rohlwing Rd 1 mile, then turn right onto Spring Lake Drive. Proceed one-half mile and Gift of Hope is on the right.

From the North:
Take Rte 53/I-290 south to Lake St/US 20. Exit and turn left onto Lake St/US 20. Then take the first left onto Rohlwing Rd. Proceed north on Rohlwing Rd 1 mile, then turn right onto Spring Lake Drive. Proceed one-half mile and Gift of Hope is on the right.

From the South:
Take I-55 north (or I-80 east) to I-355 North. Take I-355 north to Lake St/US 20. Exit and turn right onto Lake St/US 20. Then take the first left onto Rohlwing Rd. Proceed north on Rohlwing Rd 1 mile, then turn right onto Spring Lake Drive. Proceed one-half mile and Gift of Hope is on the right.

From the West:
Take I-88 east (or Rte 64) to I-355 North. Proceed north on I-355 to Lake St/US 20. Exit and turn right onto Lake St/US 20. Then take the first left onto Rohlwing Rd. Proceed north on Rohlwing Rd 1 mile, then turn right onto Spring Lake Drive. Proceed one-half mile and Gift of Hope is on the right.
