More receive than give. That’s the reality of donation today. A reality even more pronounced within the African-American population. That’s because the diseases and conditions that can lead to the need for transplants are more prevalent in minority populations. Our African-American Task Force seeks to ease this disparity through community-based grassroots programs aimed at educating African-Americans about donation. And empowering them to increase minority donation rates.
