Donor Quilt

Our Donor Quilt honors legacies and connects lives by depicting the men, women and children who have given the gift of hope through donation. It helps families pay homage to their loved ones' legacies and extend the impact of their precious gifts. Quilt panels travel throughout Illinois and northwest Indiana for display at public events, memorials and meetings to tell the donation story in a powerful way—through words and pictures of a life remembered.

Share Your Story

Each Memorial Square of our Donor Quilt represents a life and tells a story. We invite you to share that story about the square’s design and what participating in the quilt project means to you. We will post stories on our Web site and in booklets that travel with the quilt panels. Please send your donation story with your Memorial Square along with completed authorization form. Please keep your story to 100 words or less.
