Kelly Stegall
Director of Human Resources
Kelly Stegall oversees all human resources functions for Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network, including employee relations, benefits administration, compensation planning and talent acquisition. She leads the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and ensures compliance across all programs.
Stegall joined Gift of Hope in 2021 as the Manager of Human Resources and was promoted to her current role as Director in 2023. Before joining Gift of Hope, she worked in human resources at Lutheran Life Communities, a non-profit senior living organization.
Stegall is a certified professional in human resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI) and has a certified professional credential through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She holds a bachelor’s degree in sports marketing & management from Indiana University.
