Lori Malatesta is Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network. In her role, Lori focuses on establishing a leadership development plan, attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture characterized by passionate people, outstanding teams and compassionate service. With more than 25 years of human resource leadership, Lori specializes in change management, training, succession planning and organizational development.
Before joining Gift of Hope, Lori provided strategic HR leadership to large, best-in-class companies such as Honeywell International, AMDOCS, Market Day Corporation and Commonwealth Edison. Most recently, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KI Industries, where she developed and led strategic HR initiatives, including the implementation of goal alignment, talent calibration, development planning and performance management processes.
A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Lori is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago. Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
