Ross Raspopovich
Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Ross is responsible for the financial viability, budgeting, audit oversight, business insurance, treasury, tax, retirement plans and all accounting functions for the organization. He also is responsible for business development and expansion projects, major capital equipment, outside business and related special projects. As Chief Operating Officer, Ross oversees Gift of Hope’s Laboratory, Operations, and Building departments.

Before joining Gift of Hope in 1999, then known as the Regional Organ Bank of Illinois, Ross was director of finance for York Behavioral Health Care, L.L.C., at Managed Care Resources Management Group in Burr Ridge, Ill. His more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience includes positions at Aon Corporation in Chicago.

Ross holds a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University.
